Hands-on Care Needed For My Grandmother In Seattle - 30 Hrs/week

Looking for evening care for our grandmother. Emphysema makes it hard for her to move much, and glaucoma makes it hard for her to see, so she will need help transferring from her recliner to dining room and/or bathroom, and getting into bed at night. She also needs help, meal prep, light housekeeping, and someone to chat with! Must love cats. Our grandmother lives with us (and our 3-month-old daughter) and we are often, though not always, around to help out and answer questions as needed.
