Title : Associate Project Manager

Main Responsibilities:
  • Labeling workstream project manager responsible for coordinating the creation, approval and release of labeling.
  • Identify, develop, and gather resources to complete product labeling requirements.
  • This may include preparing and developing project schedules, budgets and forecasts, and selection of materials and resources to complete the project
  • Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the project.
  • Lead Project kick off meetings and Technical Reviews with project stakeholders
  • Monitor progress and performance against the project plan.
  • Communicate and resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
  • Liaise with other operational areas within the organization (e.g., regulatory, engineering, operations) to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project.
  • Select and manage activities to ensure they are integrated into the project and the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
  • Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project.
  • Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate with project stakeholders to drive milestones to completion on time or ahead of schedule

  • Experience with document control
  • Experience with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Experience with Agile/SCRUM boards (or similar sprint project planning tools)
