Description

The Wealth Ops Group Manager is responsible for leading a team of financial services professionals providing specialized and dedicated service to our high-net-worth Wealth Managers and their clients.   In this role, you will help to increase customer loyalty and drive business development opportunities.  This individual must have the appropriate FINRA registrations including, but not limited to:  Series 4, Series 7, Series 24, Series 63, Series 65 and/or Series 66. 

Other Key Responsibilities will Include:

  • Coaching and development of team
  • Monitoring to ensure service levels are met
  • Embed and embrace continuous improvement within the team 
  • Develop procedures and training plans as new products and services are deployed
  • Participate in system testing when necessary
  • Monitor daily workflows and make necessary adjustments to staffing
  • Participate in Operational Strategy and execution of said strategy
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and Wealth Managers
  • Work directly with other Citizens Wealth Management Operations managers and leaders in support of decision making regarding all operational improvements or required procedure changes
  • Ability to work effectively with sales leadership and sales managers daily

 

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: M-F
