CNC VTL Machinist

Position: CNC VTL Machinist
Shift: 1st, | Hours: 7AM - 3PM
Type: Full-Time | Mode: Direct Placement / Contract-To-Hire
Pay Scale: $20 - 28hr | Industry: Manufacturing

Our Client is seeking a VTL Machinist with experiences in Setup, Operating and Adjusting CNC VTL Machines. Candidates will be working on Overhaul and Repair Processes with Training Provided on 1st Shift.

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC VTL Machines. Performs Machine Adjustments and Troubleshoots Controllers / Machines / Processes.
  
• Works from Blueprint Requirements.
  
• Selects Tools, Sets Feeds and Speeds.
  
• Perform Inspection of Machined Parts using Precision Hand Tools.
  
• Able to work Independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
  
• Maintains a clean work environment and Shop Floor (Tools, Equipment, Machines, etc.)
  

• Re-orders Tools as needed.

• 2-3 Years of Experience with CNC VTL, CNC Lathe / Turning
  
• High School Diploma OR GED OR Vocational School Training
