Job Description
Those with signature-gathering experience are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities:
● Gather signatures from registered voters to make elections fair in Arizona.
● Explain the petition honestly and accurately in a public setting.
● Check in throughout the day to report signatures gathered.
● Return to the headquarters at the end of every shift to turn in your signatures.
● Team Leaders must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record. (Not required for petitioners)

● Are an outgoing extrovert comfortable approaching strangers in a public setting.
● Are comfortable with rejection. Just because one voter doesn’t sign doesn’t mean the next one won’t. Optimism is mandatory!
● Like working outdoors on your feet for a full day. You will get your steps in here!
● Pay attention to detail. Signatures don’t count if the petition is not filled out correctly.
● Describe yourself as dependable, reliable, and trustworthy.
Compensation
· $28-$29 per hour. Rapid advancement opportunities available.
· Employer-sponsored health insurance after 90 days of consecutive employment.
