About the Role:

As a Systems Administrator on our Project Delivery Team, you will focus on delivering high-impact technology projects directly to our clients. This role is perfect for those passionate about implementing complex infrastructure solutions, including cloud migrations, security solution deployments, and VoIP implementations. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deploy cutting-edge solutions that transform their technology landscape.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Design and Maintain IT Solutions: Design, configure, and maintain IT solutions that meet client needs, with a focus on innovation and efficiency.

Project Execution: Work collaboratively as part of a team to execute a diverse range of IT projects, including:

  • Azure infrastructure deployments
  • Network switch and wireless access point deployments
  • Server transitions from on-premise to cloud environments
  • Deployment of security solutions
  • Implementation of backup and disaster recovery solutions
  • VoIP migrations

Collaboration with Project Management: Collaborate with project manager to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet client expectations.

Advanced Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support during project implementations to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption.

Documentation Management: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring that all modifications, issues, and solutions are accurately logged and are clear for both client and team reference.

Proactive Client Communication: Proactively communicate with clients throughout the project lifecycle to keep them informed of progress, decisions, and potential impacts.

Professional Development: Keep up to date with the latest technology trends and developments to continuously improve the quality of solutions delivered to clients.

Enhance Team Practices: Provide feedback and share insights on project management and technical execution to help refine and improve team methodologies and workflows.

Quality Assurance: Oversee the creation and maintenance of internal and client-facing documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency in communication and service delivery standards.

Innovative Contributions: Take initiative in proposing innovative changes to both technical approaches and internal policies to enhance overall project efficiency and effectiveness.



Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

Technical Proficiency in Cloud and Infrastructure: Strong expertise in designing, configuring, and maintaining IT solutions with a focus on cloud services, particularly Azure. Experience with server transitions from on-premise to cloud environments, and deploying backup and disaster recovery solutions.

Project Execution Skills: Demonstrated ability in leading and participating in complex IT projects, including deployments of security solutions and VoIP migrations. Capability to work effectively in a team setting and collaborate closely with project managers to meet deadlines and project scopes.

Advanced Technical Support: Ability to provide high-level technical support during project implementations, ensuring integration is seamless and disruptions are minimized.

Documentation and Communication Excellence: Skilled in maintaining detailed project documentation and effectively communicating technical and project details proactively to clients throughout the project lifecycle. Ability to produce clear and comprehensive internal and client-facing documentation.

Innovative Thinking and Continuous Learning: Commitment to professional development by staying updated on technology trends. A proactive approach to learning and adapting new technologies that enhance project delivery and client service.

Problem Solving and Quality Assurance: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on quality assurance. Ability to oversee and enhance documentation practices to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Collaborative and Influential Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively within a team and influencing project outcomes. Experience in engaging with stakeholders at various levels and providing feedback to enhance team practices.


Educational/Previous Experience Requirements:

Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus but not required.

Professional Experience: Minimum of three to five years of experience in an end user support / project delivery role, with a strong focus on the technology infrastructure and cloud services listed above in responsibilities.

Additional Qualifications: Demonstrated ability to work through multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Proven track record of advancing project goals and contributing to project improvements.

Certifications: Relevant professional IT certifications are highly desired.
