  • We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Analyst with a strong background in FP&A, corporate finance or accounting.

  • You are adept at data analytics, specifically flux, sensitivity and analysis.

  • Experience adhering to financial policies and SOX internal controls. 

  • The candidate will be responsible for the support of several Revenue Recognition team assembly line (workflows) that support the ability to recognize and forecast revenue. 

  • Experience leveraging technology to support automation or improvement of processes.

  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities working across multiple workflows and deadlines to ensure accuracy and completeness of deliverables. 

  • The candidate must possess the ability to participate on cross functional strategic projects as needed, continuous process improvement, and assisting with the implementation of quarterly reporting.  

Responsibilities

  • Perform workflows involved in the calculation and forecasting of revenue.

  • Assist in related closing processes on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

  • Review and recommend continuous process improvements.

  • Identify and resolve revenue related issues promptly.

  • Post accounting journals as necessary.

  • Communicate in a timely manner any relevant information related to the process.

  • Understand and adhere to SOX internal controls in support of revenue management activities.

  • Work cross-functionally with several teams across the organization, including but not limited to: IT, Offshore Revenue Recognition Team, Sales Operations, GL Accounting, and FP&A.

  • Contribute to initiatives to drive automation, streamline deliverables and process improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting or finance preferably with revenue planning and reporting responsibilities.

  • Strong understanding of finance/accounting principles in support of business operations.

  • High standards of accuracy and precision with a strong attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical background, including the ability to break down and work through complex problems in a structured manner.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to deal with complex problems and present recommendations and findings in a clear, concise format.

  • Ability to work well with colleagues in a collaborative team environment, but also perform well independently with minimal supervision.

  • Desire to develop an understanding of the business as it relates to revenue generation.

  • Adapts well to a fast-moving environment and gets things done, combines creativity, problem-solving skills, and a can-do attitude to overcome any obstacle.

  • Prior knowledge of ASC 606 a plus but is not necessary.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • Ability to be in the office 5 days a week.
