Through its focus on collaboration, innovation, and excellence, the company has built a reputation as a leader in the construction industry and a preferred partner for clients seeking quality and value in their construction projects.Job DescriptionManage large and complex industrial and healthcare projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.Oversee and manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring that they adhere to project schedules and budgets.Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure that project specifications are met.Maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, change orders, and project reports.Assist with business development activities, including identifying new project opportunities and participating in presentations to clients.Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans.Ensure that quality standards are met and that the project is completed on time and within budget.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
