We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Pharmacist to join our dynamic team in Horsham, Pennsylvania. This unique 7 on/7 off shift pattern offers the ideal balance for those seeking to maximize work-life integration, providing a full week off after a week of fulfilling work commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and safe dispensing of medication, including review of prescription orders with attention to detail and adherence to all regulations and standards.
  • Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff effectively to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations.
  • Offer compassionate and knowledgeable counseling and education to patients about their prescriptions, including potential side effects, interactions, and proper medication usage.
  • Maintain and manage patient records and pharmacy files to ensure up-to-date and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and improve outcomes.
  • Monitor pharmacy inventory and manage pharmaceutical supplies to ensure efficient operations without product shortages or overages.
  • Keep abreast of new information and technologies in the pharmaceutical industry to improve patient care and pharmacy performance.

Shift:

  • Third shift: 8:00pm - 7:00am
  • 7 on 7 off.

Qualifications:

  • Pharmacy experience.
  • Pennsylvania Pharmacy license.
