San Jacinto, California Area

Are you a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistantseeking a rewarding opportunity in a school-based setting? We have an exciting opening for a passionate COTA to join our team near San Jacinto areafor a full-time position spanning the entire school year. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the school's special education team to provide occupational therapy services to students
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized therapy plans to address students' specific needs and goals
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' functional abilities and create appropriate therapy interventions
  • Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports as required by the school district
  • municate effectively with parents, teachers, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment for students

Qualifications:

  • Valid state certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations is preferred
