Robert Half is in need of an articulate, highly skilled Administrative Coordinator that is looking to expand their career and skill set. As the Administrative Coordinator you will assist with email and phone correspondence, act as the main point of contact for vendors, and build rapport with internal and external team members. Major responsibilities:


- Manage the fielding and sending of important written business correspondence


- Organize and route incoming telephone calls


-Respond to inquiries and questions from customers, providing status updates


- Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion


-Prepare documentation for team members


-Work collaboratively with others ensuring the day to day operations are running smoothly

- Proven experience going the extra mile to solve complex customer inquiries via extensive research


-Previous administrative experience


- Enthusiastic attitude and an engaging businesslike approach


- 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred


- Strong problem solving and analytical skills


- Quality experience with Email Correspondence

- Microsoft Office Suites experience


- Ability to pick up and learn new software's quickly
