Job Description: Soliant is actively seeking experienced Physical Therapists (PT) for full-time positions with school districts in the Drayden, MDarea. The successful applicants will provide prehensive physical therapy services to students, ensuring pliance with local and state requirements.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state.
• Certification from the National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy (NBCPT).
• Previous experience working in school-based settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of local and state regulations pertaining to physical therapy services in schools.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide direct physical therapy services to students, focusing on improving functional abilities and promoting participation in school activities.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other team members to support students' academic and physical success.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and interdisciplinary team meetings as needed.
• Stay updated on best practices and trends in school-based physical therapy.
