Occupational Therapist Job Description:

• Conduct assessments: Evaluate students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities to determine their needs and develop appropriate intervention plans.
• Provide therapy sessions: Deliver individual or group therapy sessions to improve students' fine motor skills, sensory integration, handwriting, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with teams: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to create and implement strategies that support students' academic and social success.
• Maintain documentation: Keep thorough records of assessments, therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders to track students' development and ensure compliance with regulations.

Interview Process:
