Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with special needs
• Create and adapt instructional materials to suit each student's learning style
• Collaborate with other educators, parents, and support staff to address individual student needs
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on student assessments and progress

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs and abilities
• Strong munication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of relevant educational technology and resources
