School Psych Near Loving, New Mexico

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide essential psychological services to students from kindergarten through grade 12. Please note that this position is exclusively in-person.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct prehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective intervention strategies and support plans.
• Provide individual and group counseling to students experiencing academic, social, emotional, or behavioral difficulties.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress, concerns, and remendations.
• Support the implementation of positive behavior support systems and social-emotional learning initiatives.
• Serve as a resource to staff regarding best practices in mental health and educational psychology.
• Full-time
