Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our virtual school team. As a Virtual School Occupational Therapist, you will provide essential therapy services to students via online platforms, ensuring that they have access to the support they need to succeed academically and functionally.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments to evaluate students' motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' needs and goals.
- Provide virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and functional performance.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Provide guidance and support to teachers and staff regarding strategies for promoting students' participation and engagement in virtual learning environments.
- Stay current with best practices, trends, and developments in the field of occupational therapy and virtual education.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
- Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Experience working as an Occupational Therapist in a school setting preferred.
- Proficiency in using virtual platforms for therapy sessions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage caseload effectively.
- Commitment to providing high-quality services to students with diverse needs and backgrounds.
