Please note that this role is for a MOBILE UNIT and you will be expected to travel to client sites within a 30 mile radius of Frederick, CO typically. All tools and a company vehicle will be provided.

Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading building services company to fill their open Commercial Maintenance Technician job in Frederick, CO. To qualify, you must have at least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role. This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $22.00 and $28.00 per hour. Responsibilities:
-Performing preventative maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, equipment and grounds
-Maintaining relationships with customers
-Responding to customer work order requests
-Performing plumbing maintenance (toilets, faucets, drains, etc.)
-Performing routine painting, carpentry, etc. to keep facilities in “like new” condition
-Performing minor electrical maintenance as allowed without a license and within state law requirements
-Completing service inspections and asset inspection
-Documenting work order status and notes
-Running and submitting reports, timesheets, expense reports, purchase card logs, etc.
-Maintaining compliance with all safety laws and regulations; attending weekly safety meetings
-Providing estimates to customers for larger projects and services
-All other related tasks as required

Qualifications:
-At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
-Previous experience providing commercial maintenance services (as opposed to residential) REQUIRED
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical, mechanical etc. skills
-Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing
-Must be able to travel within a ~30 mile radius of home location to visit client sites

Compensation:
-Hourly rate between $22.00 and $28.00

Schedule:
-Wednesday to Saturday
-10 hour days
