IT Generalist

What you get to do every single day

- Provide support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems

- Supply computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures

- Preserve, inspect, and mend computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals

- hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors

- Be in contact regularly and effectively with ticket submitters

- Settle computer problems, and offer suggestions on appropriate action/solutions

- Develop records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

- IP Subnetting experience

- Demonstrated knowledge of Basic Network Troubleshooting

- Photoshop experience highly valued

- General familiarity with Hardware Troubleshooting

- Adeptness in DNS

- Proficiency in Security cameras

- Desktop Support experience required

- Comprehension of Comptia A+

- Background working with LAN Switching

- Practical knowledge of Communication Skills

- Previous experience working with hardware & software installation

- Mac OS experience highly preferred

- Foundational knowledge in Computer Imaging

- Earlier work involving Apple Devices

- Solid understanding of Audio Visual

- Good understanding of Microsoft Windows

- Desktop support or related experience
