Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' strengths, limitations, and goals
• Developing individualized treatment plans to address clients' occupational needs and promote independence
• Implementing therapeutic activities and exercises to improve clients' motor skills, coordination, and daily living skills
• Providing adaptive equipment recommendations and training to enhance clients' safety and function
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members and families to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Texas
• Experience working with diverse populations and age groups preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
