Accounting Specialist

The Loan Processor is responsible for facilitating the various stages of commercial, residential, and commercial construction loan processing, including SBA and amortized mortgage loans, and participation loan applications. Key duties include initiating loan documentation generation, processing loan payments and advances, ensuring compliance with federal regulations, preparing Small Business Administration (SBA) loan documents, maintaining credit and compliance files, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves collaborating with loan officers, analyzing incoming draws, distributing reports, and promoting banking services. Attention to detail, proficiency in loan servicing, and a commitment to professionalism are essential for success in this position.
