Job Description
We are looking for full-time clerical/data entry professionals in Lewisville, TX (fully on-site).
We are currently hiring 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift-workers for upcoming training classes. You will be hired for either 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift – not all.

Applicants MUST go through an extensive background check, including credit, fingerprinting and a 4-panel drug screen. This is a long-term, temporary position (with the possibility of being hired on perm) with an industry-leading financial and banking company.
1st SHIFT: HOURS: Monday to Friday, 7am - 3:30pm PAY: $20/hr.
2nd SHIFT: HOURS: Monday-Friday, 3:30pm – 11pm PAY: $22/hr.
3RD SHIFT: HOURS: Monday-Friday, 7pm – 7am PAY: $23/hr.

You would have an 8-hour schedule between these hours, depending on the needs- so not the full 12 hours.
LOCATION: Lewisville, 75067 (this job is 100% in-person)

BASIC JOB DUTIES: Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the customer experience. Specifically, expediting the processing of payments for increased customer satisfaction.
• Accept paper-based payments and input digitally for accounts receivable to process.
• Advance posting of payment information, to ensure customers are seeing deposits to accounts quickly.
• Coordinate with other operations departments to research and resolve customer inquiries.

• Must be capable of working fully on-site (with reliable transportation).
• Must be committed to not missing any time during the first 60 days.

• Must have a professional demeanor at all times and act responsibly to meet expectations. .
