Job Description
LHH is partnering with our valued client in search for an Estimating Coordinator. This plays a pivotal role in organizing preconstruction activities by managing subcontractor data, overseeing bid processes, and supporting business development efforts.
Top 5 Responsibilities:
Manage subcontractor database, ensuring accurate contacts and registering new subcontractors
Issue and maintain prequalification packages, verifying information and references for potential subcontractors.
Maintain preconstruction file system, refining it based on consensus and assigning project numbers.
Coordinate bid solicitation process, including preparing bid packages, uploading drawings, and organizing electronic and printed materials.
Assist in recruitment of subcontractors, support business development, and aid in proposal submissions and presentations.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm On-site
Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000 annually
