Technical Supervisor

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking is a seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Supervisor to oversee our client’s manufacturing operations. The Technical Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that all technical aspects of the production process are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day technical operations of the manufacturing facility.

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes to ensure consistency and quality.

• Monitor production lines to identify and address any technical issues or deviations from standards.

• Collaborate with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Train and mentor production staff on technical processes, equipment operation, and safety protocols.

• Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule and perform equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.

• Manage inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products to support production schedules.

• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, procurement, and logistics, to meet production goals and customer requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on technical operations and supervision.

• Strong knowledge of processing equipment, technologies, and safety standards.

• Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and HACCP principles.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Proven leadership and team management abilities, including coaching and development.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in technical processes.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
