Schools - Speech Language Pathologist

ProCare Therapy is actively searching for a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to fill a contract position in El Nido, CA. Join our team and play a vital role in supporting students' communication and language development in a collaborative school environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate speech and language strategies into the classroom environment.
• Provide direct therapy services, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessment results, treatment plans, and progress reports.
• Actively participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of personalized education plans.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• California state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
• Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
