About this job
Job Description
LHH is regularly tasked by our clients to find experienced Commercial Litigation Attorneys for project related work from time to time. To be proactive we are reaching out to connect with talented Litigation Attorneys for remote opportunities we anticipate a need for in the near future.
Even though compensation will be dependent upon a candidates experience, duration of the project and sophistication level of the experience required, we anticipate that the compensation will range anywhere from $75/hour to $125/hour.
Common deliverables and experience that we look for are as follows:
- 3+ years handling sophisticated commercial litigation work.
- Proficient with handling tasks related to discovery, but please note that this is NOT a discovery project.
- Demonstrated experience with drafting a host of litigation documents including motions, briefs etc.
- Prior experience conducting depositions, defending depositions or both.
- Flexibility to work hours as needed by our clients.
- Superior experience performing legal research.
- All potential candidates must be licensed and in good standing before at least one state bar.
Many of the tasks that our clients would ask a potential candidate to handle would be similar to that of a Litigation Staff Attorney role. If this sounds like something that you would be interested in, and you possess the necessary credentials and experience we would be excited to hear from you. Please send us your resume asap.
