Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' functional abilities and limitations
• Developing individualized treatment plans to address clients' occupational needs and goals
• Providing therapeutic interventions to improve clients' motor skills, coordination, and activities of daily living
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure coordinated care
• Educating clients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment to promote independence and safety

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Montana
• Experience working with diverse populations and age groups preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
