Full Charge Bookkeeper

Hannah Savage with Robert Half is currently seeking a highly professional Full Charge Bookkeeper to join her client's team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in bookkeeping and a strong understanding of accounting principles. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of our financial records, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), general ledger journal entries, AIA billing, and more!

Responsibilities:

• Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
• Perform general ledger journal entries to record financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Prepare and submit AIA billing documents.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Timberline a huge plus
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Construction industry experience highly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
