Testing Software Used: Pearson, Q Interactive, PAR, Q Global, plus others as needed
Location: Cave Spring, Georgia
Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Person Only

Description: Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist to join our team in the Cave Spring, Georgia area. As a School Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and behavioral needs of students across the school system. This is a full-time position, with responsibilities ranging from conducting assessments to providing interventions and collaborating with teachers and parents.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations to assess students' cognitive, academic, and social-emotional functioning.
• Interpret assessment results and provide recommendations for appropriate interventions and accommodations.
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide direct counseling services to students as needed.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop intervention strategies.
• Stay current on best practices in school psychology and special education law and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
• Valid Georgia certification or licensure as a School Psychologist.
• Previous experience working as a School Psychologist in a school setting preferred.
• Strong assessment and evaluation skills, including experience with a variety of testing software (e.g., Pearson, Q Interactive, PAR, Q Global).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to promoting the academic and social-emotional success of all students.
