As a Sales Representative for Full Steam Staffing, you will:

• Gather leads and identify new sales opportunities
• Schedule meetings for introductions and walkthroughs with potential clients
• Propose agreements and maintain ongoing communication with prospects until a contract is signed
• Maintain positive relationships with all potential clients
• Identify client needs and offer solutions to enhance their operations, positioning Full Steam as a valuable partner
