Job Overview:
Think Consulting is seeking a FOIA Lead to work on-site in support of the Civil Rights Division in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and strategic guidance for all assigned projects involving electronic discovery, with a strong command of FOIA cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate knowledge of eDiscovery and SharePoint.
• Ensure advanced searches in Relativity are performed efficiently.
• Offer technical input on 26(f) conference calls.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years' experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex cases.
• Advanced knowledge of FOIA Express.
• Experience with Relativity.
• Experience utilizing SharePoint as a dashboard visual for attorneys to view workflows.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship.
