The Water Quality Technician performs a wide range of simple to mid-complex tasks encompassing field assignments based on client requirements.

You will join our Construction Management Department

As our new Water Quality Technician, you will be part of the Construction Management team that support project delivery of Ramboll's construction projects. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Collects and/or transports routine sampling of potable water from various points in the distribution system.
  • Follow established protocols for sample collection to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and transportation of collected samples.
  • Demonstrates good interpersonal skills.
  • Applies a working knowledge of fundamental principles, terminology, and methodology in carrying out assignments.
  • Understands and applies standard policies and procedures within specific discipline.
  • Performs assignments with clear, specific objective which may require the limited exercise of judgement and decision-making skills.
  • Participates actively in creating a safety culture in the office and at the jobsite.
  • Adheres to the policies and standards set forth in the firm's Quality Management System.

  • High school diploma.
  • A basic understanding and working knowledge of general safety requirements.

  • Municipal and State Agency experience.
  • Water sampling experience.
