Description

Process Engineer

Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. a leading manufacturer and distributor of office products solutions is seeking a Process Engineer for our Toner Products Division located in Mitchell, South Dakota.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for a combination of activities in four key areas: Project, Process, Control, and Design Engineering.
  • Provide project management and design for hardware and software system specification and integration of process systems used in the facility.
  • Participate in plan development and consider customer requirements for process and related equipment investment and prepare technical presentations for project justification.
  • Maintain and optimize the manufacturing process, equipment, and control system architecture to ensure the most safe and efficient manufacturing process while maintaining quality standards of the finished product.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve processing or equipment deficiencies.
  • Develop and recommend corrective actions and document as appropriate.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent-combination of education/experience acceptable
  • 2 to 5 years of experience working in an manufacturing environment preferred
  • Basic knowledge of engineering systems and processes
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong PC Skills
