Our team in Commercial Aircraft Group is looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to join them. You will report to the Manufacturing Systems Project Engineer and will have an onsite work schedule in West Falls, NY supporting a newly developed, partly automated, work centers.
To be considered for Manufacturing Engineering Technician, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
• Associate Degree from a two-year technical college and three years of precision metalworking experience OR,
• six years of precision metalworking experience.
As a Manufacturing Engineering Technician, you will:
• Assist in the preparation of detailed manufacturing instructions and N/C programs to produce machined parts to meet engineering drawings and specifications.
• Maintain and update operation sheets, tool drawings and N/C programs.
• Determine manufacturing procedures, operation sequencing, establish tooling and gauging Packages for Moog machined parts.
• Establish times for setup and run of each operation on assigned parts.
• Solve shop floor problems associated with parts you are responsible for by working with the machinists on the floor and the Manufacturing Engineers if necessary
• Work as a liaison between the shop floor and the programmers when necessary

• The base pay range for this opportunity is $52,457.60 - $93,433.60 per year.
