Job Purpose
Primary purpose of this job is to maintain, repair and improve machinery throughout the factory.
Successful applicant will have a strong skill set in CNC Equipment & automation. Must have the ability to detect minor problems, correct them or eliminate them before they become major issues. After diagnosis of problem, the maintenance technician is expected to disassemble equipment as needed, repair or replace necessary components, reassemble and test items, and verify once production has started.

Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician
Job Purpose

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities
- Perform all repairs of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical parts on CNC Lathes and Mills.
- Repair of all support equipment including Robotics
- Utilize PLC's and PLC programs to trouble shoot.
- Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment.
- Set up and install new equipment including integration with existing equipment.
- Perform general building maintenance.
Education and Experience
- Associate's Degree or related technical education and 2+ years of experience required.
- Minimum of 5 years (4,000 hours) of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical experience strongly preferred.
