This position is part of the Quality Assurance Department located in Pensacola, Florida> and will be on-site, At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Monitor and improve quality of manufacturing processes
- Support daily execution of Standard Works - Start -ups, Cleaning & Inspection, Start-ups, and Changeovers.
- Support problem solving using continuous improvement tools - RCAs, fishbone, and 5S.
- Assist in the development of technical and operating standards - Standard Operating Procedures, Troubleshooting Guides and training of manufacturing Associates.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of related work experience.
- Proficient with Manufacturing software - Minitab, and Microsoft Applications - MS-Visio, MS-Power BI, MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint. (Engineering, Technology or Life Sciences)
- Willing and able to work 2nd shift from 1 pm either Thurs - Mon or Fri - Tue) each week.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Knowledge of Veeva QMS and Magic systems.
- Experience using Six Sigma tools or holding ASQ or Six Sigma certifications.
