ICI Services is looking for motivated individuals who want to join our team in Port Hueneme, CA. We are a mid-sized defense contractor providing Engineering & Integration, Systems Acquisition, Information Warfare and In-Service Sustainment to government clients in 14 states and the District of Columbia. We are looking for the right Senior Logistics Management Specialist ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

Security Clearance:
  • Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a wide range of technical services in support of Logistics disciplines during all phases of life-cycle support of naval and Military Sealift Command (MSC) Systems
  • Participate in maintenance planning and analysis.
  • Participate in the planning for long term system supportability and develop various life-cycle support plans. Typical support documentation includes Configuration Management Plans, Interim Support Plans, Test Plans, Test Procedures, and Integrated Logistics Support Plans
  • Provide logistics support analysis, provisioning data input and maintenance planning support.
  • Provide supply support assisting with inventory control, interim spares management, and APL management.
  • Provide expertise in ICAPS, APL/AEL, COSAL feedbacks, DMSMS and M-Demo
  • Prepare and review PSD Sheets. Provide parts support by receiving, inspecting, repairing, packaging, procuring, and shipping items returned to Condition A
  • Provide configuration management support.
  • Utilize Naval Modernization Program, Naval Data Environment-Naval Modernization (NDE-NM) and Alteration Master Planning System (AMPS) to schedule and track Fleet and Program Alterations, software deliveries, engineering changes, and field changes
  • Track system configuration changes/upgrades and configuration management (CM) milestones utilizing current US Navy CM systems

Experience Requirements:
  • Five years' experience in logistics support of Navy or Military Sealift Command (MSC) systems is highly desirable.

Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or logistics field.
  • 15 years' experience performing logistics duties may substitute for a degree.
