Hotel Bartender / Server

Company Overview: Hyatt Regency Green Bay is seeking a Hotel Bartender / Server. We are located in the in the heart of downtown and home to the Green Bay Packers. The hotel is minutes away from major sporting events, cultural activities, entertainment, museums, and attractions. We are the largest, full-service hotel in the market with 241 all-suite guest rooms and 80,000 square feet of space.

Goals of the Bartender / Server: This position will be responsible for providing libations and offering customized recommendations. The right person should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar. This position offers opportunity for casual conversation, creativity, and allows for building on ones’ style and previous bartending experiences. Preferred candidates will have a thorough understanding of state and local serving guidelines.

Bartender / Server Detailed Description:

• Maintain a positive, high energy attitude with a professional appearance.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Responsible for food and drink service at the hotel restaurant, Pub 333.
• Must have a strong and positive guest service orientation.
• Gain menu knowledge and be able to give recommendations to the guests.
• Servers will engage in casual conversation and must maintain an attractive setting.
• Style and service attributes are key to creating memorable guest experiences with personalized and friendly customer service.
• Fast-paced environment with constant customer interaction and cash handling.
• Must maintain a well-organized area, a sanitary environment and restocking station as needed.
• Foster an atmosphere where guests’ need, and satisfaction take top priority, creating memorable experiences for our guests.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, continuously walk throughout the restaurant, and lift 10-20lbs.
• Abide by all organizational policies and procedures.
