Job Description
First Shift:
Monday to Friday - 7am to 3:30pm
Responsible for operating their assigned machinery. Ensure their machine runs smoothly, works at capacity without issue and is appropriately maintained.
• Monitoring and maintaining assigned machine.
• Setting up of equipment
• Using machine equipment to complete tasks
• Performing routine inspections of manufacturing equipment
• Inspecting finished product and evaluating the efficiency of each unit regularly, identifying improvements as needed
Requirements:
Prior machine operating experience in a manufacturing setting.
Mechanically inclined and able to use hand tools and power tools.
Be fluent in English - read and write to complete reports.
Math skills
Able to use micrometers, calipers and precision measuring tools.
Have great attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and looking for a long term career.
High School Diploma
