Crunch Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven leader with leadership and mid-level management experience as our next Assistant Manager. Key Responsibilities:Administration/Organization

• Uphold and enforce operational policies and procedures with team members and customers alike
• Build cohesive, supportive and effective teams to accomplish sales and operational goals on a daily basis
• Problem-solving and effective decision making

Sales/Revenue Management

• Demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate, and manage the front desk customer service team.
• Establish monthly, weekly and daily revenue and sales goals for team members
• Coach team to achieve established goals and ensure that they have a high level of knowledge about the club programs, facilities, and equipment.
• Implement and support company programs and promotions to help generate new sales leads for optimum new membership growth.

Operations

• Team Building & Team Management - hiring, training, coaching and evaluation, and scheduling of front desk team members to meet club operational needs
• Customer Service - includes guided facility tours, amenity presentation, fielding phone inquiries, membership sales and maintenance, etc
• Facility Maintenance - ensure the club meets standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security with daily inspections
• Coordination with Personal Training Manager and Group Fitness Coordinator for cohesive and symbiotic club operations and cross-club promotion

Leadership/Motivation

• Serve as an exemplary role model for employees to emulate by exhibiting consistent professionalism and high standards
• Communicate desired goals and responsibilities of each team member on a daily basis
• Establish a positive and inspirational environment for team members and customer alike
• Serve as the person in charge in the absence of the Club Manager

Requirements:

• 4 year college degree preferred
• 1-3 years of entry or mid-level management experience required
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required
• Meet and maintain Corporate initiated training curriculum requirements
