The Standard in Shreveport, LA, is seeking to hire an Assistant Property Manger to provide support to the Apartment Property Manager.

This opportunity is for a full-time hourly non-exempt position.

Job Duties:
  • Income Collection: Maintain accurate resident records
  • Update all rents, deposits, and application fees received form residents & Prospects on a daily basis
  • Issue appropriate notices for late payments, evictions, NSF checks, etc.
  • Make daily bank deposits
  • Build and maintain a positive and repour with all prospects and residents
  • Inspect models, vacant units, and common areas
  • Coordinate with residents for lease renewals on a monthly basis
  • Execute all leasing functions including, but not limited to: answering incoming calls, schedule property tours, greet prospects, tour prospects on property and through model apartments, and initiate follow-up communications
  • Assist with the completion of monthly competition market surveys
  • Assist with accepting work order requests, including input into the workorder system, and communication with maintenance personnel
  • Keep accurate records of all move-ins and move-outs, availability, and unit status
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 year of Multi-Family experience
  • Proven customer service experience and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems
  • OneSite software experience desired
