POSITION PURPOSE:

This role fulfills the essential function at ICM of management of product data information. The role requires close collaboration with ICM’s Project Management, Engineering and Design, Aftermarket Services, Finance, Logistics, and Legal departments.

The role will be responsibile for product data governance in order to maintain the integrity, accuracy, and overall conistency and quality of product data within ICM.

  • Active participant on the cross functional ERP system team, ensuring appropriate processes around data flow across platforms during system design, conversion, and any future product releases. Provide essential support in development, testing and rolling out new PIM features and functionality.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to gather product data from various sources.
  • Input and meticulously update product information with the ERP system, ensuring unparalleled accuracy, consistency, and timely entry.
  • Vigilantly monitor and uphold the quality and consistency of product data attributes, descriptions, images, and other related information.
  • Follow established protocols for new product setup, revisions, and end of life processes within the ERP system to ensure ongoing data integrity.
  • Conduct regular reviews of product data, rectifying errors or inconsistencies and ensuring alignment with company standards and best practices.
  • Generate insightful reports on product data health, issues, and resolution statuses.
  • Drive excellence by identifying and championing opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of product data while utilizing best practices for data management.
  • Work closely with multiple departments to ensure a seamless flow of product data.


Education/Certification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration field preferred; or evidence of strong ability and/or experience.

Required Knowledge & Experience:

1-3 years of experience in product data management, database management or a related discipline is preferred.

  • Ability to drive complex, cross functional projects including setting scope, reaching consensus, executing on tasks, and presenting results.
