ASSISTANT MANAGER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Must be available to work 2-9PM Shifts & Some Weekends
- Manages and develops employees that work as a team and are loyal to the Tropical Smoothie Cafe brand standards.
- Maintains and exceeds customer expectations to build brand loyalty.
- Presents a consistent, professional image of the cafe and crew by maintaining all sanitation and appearance standards.
- Communicates and stays updated on all marketing and promotional materials. Executes marketing and sales programs, following appropriate guidelines.
- Builds caf sales by initiating local store marketing campaigns
- Assists Manager with scheduling
- Assists Manager with inventory management
- Monitors and adjust labor as needed
