Claims Analyst - Call Center

Handle inbound and outbound calls

Working well with others

Ordering medical records

Processing claims

Preform related duties as assigned by the supervisor

Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures

High School Diploma or GED

Basic computer knowledge

Medical experience is a plus (but not required)

Be able to work with others with no disruptions

Have basic computer knowledge

Have great customer service skills

Perform the essential job functions safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards

Have your own transportation

Be able to lift and move up to 15 pounds

Willing to undergo a background check

Maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards

Have a clean drug screen

Be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone

Able to sit at a computer desk the majority of the shift in business casual attire
