Play a critical role in assisting the Tampa Bay citizens when you become a Bilingual Property Associate for a leading association in Tampa, FL. As a Bilingual Property Associate, you help the Tampa Bay citizens with the highest level of customer service to the residents of the community and your colleagues.

What Matters Most as a Bilingual Property Associate:
- Competitive pay $18.60 per hour
- Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Contract employment opportunity
- On-site position located in the Tampa, FL area
Your New Role as a Bilingual Property Associate:
- As the Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will participate in supporting the department with their record keeping.
- Assist with filing, ordering supplies, organizing and scanning documents
- Prepare, and maintain, other records, as needed to support the department
What You Need as a Bilingual Property Associate:
- High school or GED
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience working in a leasing office or property management
- Bilingual, English/Spanish
- MS Office proficient, MS Outlook and MS Word
- Pass pre-employment screening
