Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce BA with Health Cloud Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Design and implement customized Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to streamline patient management, care coordination, and healthcare provider workflows.
- Configure and customize Salesforce Health Cloud functionalities including patient records, care plans, health assessments, and communication channels.
- Integrate Salesforce Health Cloud with other healthcare systems and third-party applications to ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Health Cloud workflows, process automation, and reports/dashboards to support operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams and end-users on Salesforce Health Cloud best practices, features, and capabilities.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce Health Cloud enhancements, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to continuously enhance the platform's effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and project managers to deliver successful Salesforce Health Cloud implementations and enhancements.
- Participate in the testing, quality assurance, and deployment of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within Salesforce Health Cloud environments.
Requirements:
- Overall 6+ years of technology experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant) preferred. - Proven experience working with Salesforce Health Cloud, including configuration, customization, and integration with healthcare systems.
- In-depth understanding of healthcare industry standards, regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and best practices related to patient data management and privacy.
- Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce platform technologies (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components) and declarative development tools.
- Experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions with a focus on healthcare use cases such as patient engagement, care coordination, and population health management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
- Passion for healthcare innovation and leveraging technology to drive positive patient outcomes.
