Overview:
Our client in beautiful Hawaii is seeking a Medical Director. They are looking for a long-term physician that wants to make this beautiful town his/her home. What you will be doing:
- Oversee all aspects of healthcare delivery, regulatory compliance, quality, efficiency, and the supervision of all medical staff.
- Provide primary medical and urgent care services
- Ensure health center operations and clinical services comply with all quality assurance guidelines and regulations
- Ensure compliance with HRSA requirements and develops, manages, and administers a system for review of patient care including regular chart audits and peer review
What you must have:
- Hawaii medical license
- Board certified in family medicine, OR double-boarded in family medicine and pediatrics
- ACLS, PALS, ATLS certified
- DEA and Hawaii State Narcotics registration required
- Consistent employment history
