Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a prominent converting client in Raphine, Virginia within the Manufacturing industry is seeking Operator Helpers to join their Team!
Operator Helper- Job Summary:
- $18.00 per hour
- 3:00pm- 1:00am Monday- Thursday (overtime when needed is Friday 5:00am- 1:00pm)
- Operator Helper assist the operator as needed to ensure production timelines are met.
- Assist operator with the set-up of the machines
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follow the prescribed safety regulations
- Assist Operator with preventative maintenance on machines as required
- Run the Rewinder machine and provide basic adjustment to the product as needed
- Knowledge of all types of product/paper that is run on Rewinder machine
- Perform Rewinder set up to ensure the quality and efficiency of material being processed and ensure the continual operation of the machine
Operator Helper Qualifications:
- Lift up to 50-70 lbs
- Work independently
- Follow all Safety policies and procedures
- Back Ground Check and Drug Screen
