DATA ENTRY CLERK - Summer Food Program

Position Title: Data Entry Clerk Summer Food program

Position Type: Full-Time, Seasonal (May – August)

Salary: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Description:

This position will be responsible for:

• Entering and maintaining all data for the Boys & Girls Clubs Summer Food Service Program into a database
• Communicate with inbound and outbound calling with site aides, monitors, supervisors, and other program personnel as needed
• Process account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the site supervisor for resolution
• Enter data by alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard according to screen format
• Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedure
• Verify entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
• Organize and file documents received from site personnel.

Open Requirements/Supplemental Information

• Ability to type 45 w.p.m. or more.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Two years of experience in data entry work preferred.
• Must pass a Level II Background Screening
