Job Description
- Process leaf and seed tests. Prepare them for DNA extraction. Electronic and physical steps.
- Add chemical buffers to test sample plates with equipment and/or pipettes.
- Operate sample grinders, centrifuges, liquid handling machines, and freeze dryer.4
- Operate all equipment associated with PCR and Sequencing to obtain high quality results.
- Complete scheduled tests within the necessary amount of time and keep all sample plates organized.
