What You’ll Do:

- Master advanced CNC operation, setup, and programming adjustments through comprehensive training.

- Maintain high-quality standards by performing routine Sops for quality checks.

- Produce precisely engineered parts and make necessary tooling adjustments to meet tight tolerances.

- Operate CNC machines and lathes, performing tasks such as turning, drilling, boring, threading, tapping, and milling.

- Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to accurately create components.

- Troubleshoot and correct machine malfunctions to ensure continuous production.

- Collaborate with colleagues to share and improve machining techniques.

What You Need to Succeed:

- At least 5 years of relevant experience.

- Proficient in setting up and operating mills and lathes within a production environment.

- Skilled in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints and manufacturing to precise tolerances.

- Capable of managing multiple machines and recognizing the need for adjustments.

- Excellent communication, teamwork skills, and flexibility in handling varying production schedules.

- Knowledge of raw materials, machine tool speeds, and feeds to optimize operations.
